SynapseConnect. The credit/debit card you provide will be charged the rate shown. For each paid selection you
will receive a $10 Walmart gift card. Choose up to 3, for a total of $30 in gift cards. Pending approval and with
use of valid credit card, your gift card will arrive in the next 4-8 weeks. One gift card offer per household.
Your selections will then continue annually. Each term thereafter, you'll receive a notice specifying the price
plus processing (and any applicable sales tax) and billing terms for the next year of issues, and your account
will be charged accordingly. Allow 4 – 10 weeks for delivery. Valid for U.S. orders only. The name, address
and account information you provide will be used by SynapseConnect to process your selections. Cancel anytime at
1-800-884-3350 for a refund of unmailed issues based on your total term of service. If a magazine becomes
